Questions about your Idaho Lottery VIP Club Account

Q: How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered for the Idaho Lottery VIP Club?
A: Go to Idaho Lottery VIP Club and log in using the email address and password that you registered when you joined the VIP Club. Then click on My Account to go to your player account page and make any needed updates. Click Update when you are finished.

Q: What should I do if I can't remember my password?
A: Reset your Idaho Lottery VIP Club password.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem with the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance Drawing website?
A: Click on Contact Us to submit your question or problem. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide; the better chance we will have of quickly resolving an issue.

Questions about Entries and Tickets

Q: Which instant tickets are eligible for the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance?
A: All non-winning printed tickets for Reindeer Riches (ID-1555), Gnome for the Holidays (ID-1556), Candy Cane Cashword (ID-5557), Rebel Without a Clause (ID-1558), Holiday Sparkle (ID-1559), and Merry Money (ID-1560) are eligible. One ticket is required per entry.

Q: Can I enter the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance Drawing more than one time?
A: Yes, you may enter the drawing as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of an eligible Scratch ticket that has not yet been submitted.

Q: How can I be sure that my Internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit an entry, a record of it appears on My Entries page. If the entry is recorded there, you can be assured that it is in the system.

Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance Drawing?
A: Entries received after the final entry deadline will NOT be included in any drawings.

Q: Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance Drawing?
A: NO! You must keep your ticket!  You will need to present it to Idaho Lottery officials if you are selected as a winner.

Q: What if I am having trouble entering my code?
A: First make sure that you are using the 8-digt alpha-numeric code found underneath the scratch-off portion on the front of the ticket where indicated.

Second, check your My Entries page and make sure it’s not a duplicate entry.  Lastly, make sure your ticket is indeed a non-winning ticket.  Only non-winning tickets are eligible.

Questions about Winners

Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the Holiday Bonus 2nd Chance Drawing?
A: Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received for the drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

Q: How will I be notified if I win the prize?
A: If your entry is selected, you will be notified by the Lottery by phone and email using the contact information in your VIP Club account, so please make sure that all of your information is up-to-date. Following verification, the winner’s city and state information will be posted on the Winners page.
